The Rôtisserie adventure began in 2016, when Maxime Berisset, a natural epicurean appreciating quality traditional cuisine, saw an opportunity in the offer of complete, healthy and organic meals, for delivery or to take away.

In a society seeing fast food as the ultimate solution for quick meals on the go; meals that are too often unhealthy and do not reflect French gastronomy, Rôtisserie stands out by working with local producers, seasonal products and traditional recipes revisited by our Chef.

Rôtisserie today represents :
- 7 shops on the French Riviera
- An event catering service
- A delicatessen offering artisanal Made In Rôtisserie products
- One objective: To delight all our customers!

Each recipe is developed by our Chef, Antoine, with one goal : to delight your taste buds! Fresh and quality products to make recipes full of love.
"I joined the Rotisserie adventure because they are attached to traditional cuisine : they pay attention to the quality of the raw materials, work with fresh products bought directly from the producer. I create seasonal recipes for Rôtisserie, with fresh vegetables that I peel, cut and cook every day. "
